This week again there appears to be small but noticeable progress, especially for the right foot. I’m not sure why the left foot is not demonstrating as much change. This past week was busy for me so I wasn’t able to do much exercise or running. I tried to fit in at least a few minutes of arch exercises whenever possible. I still have to buy some running shoes. For everyday use I’m trying to wear the flattest and least supportive shoes. I’ve had a chance to try out of a few of the shoes from my list of top choices but I’m learning to accept now that there is no such thing as the perfect running shoe.
